Memorial Day 2012

Memorial Day, 2012, our hope is that everyone will pause during this Memorial Day weekend long enough to remember the freedoms we enjoy are not free!  We have been able to meet a number of widows whose husbands served in World War II and returned home to care for their families and their neighbors.  Now they have passed away leaving behind widows with many needs.  We are thankful for all our volunteers who have helped us meet some of the needs of these deserving widows.  We are looking for new volunteers to help us with our Summer 2012 projects.  We say, Thank You to all who have served our country to make sure we enjoy continued freedom!  Freedom is not FREE!
